Return and Refund Policy

At Guloony Fragrances, we take pride in the quality of our scents. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Return Window: We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Eligibility Criteria: Due to the nature of personal care products, returned fragrances must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact. Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zaynperfumes.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items. Shipping costs are non refundable.
